Haven't tested this but damn, I can hardly wait...
How do you intend to oust?
Anarch Revolt and swarm bleeding for 1 or 2 via Power of One. Ashur Tablets for recurring burnt copies of Anarch Revolt and stealth/bleed cards.
How do you intend to survive?
Bloat via Undue Influence, Use Pariah for Shattering/Crimeth/rush vampires low on blood. Ashur Tablets also provide additional pool + recure Undue Inlfuence for more pool.
Notes: To clarify a few thing, I opted for running fewer copies of Convert and more of Pariah mostly because his role in the deck is critical. However, I realize that I had to find other ways of making him anarch since I won't be able to rely on Convert to do so consistently. Hence why I run 4x Seattle Committees. Drawing one early is also nice for making my 1-caps into anarchs while saving myself an action as well as preventing them from being torpored upon block. Having said that, Pariah is useful even if I'm unable to make him anarch immediately as his built in rush can serve to rush opposing anarchs and attrition the table.
The combat module is there mostly for that extra stealth needed to get through blockers as well as protecting my smaller vampires. A 'cept combat deck will most likely be trouble but then I would most likely suggest to look for openings. If you sense no wakes, use the swarm to shatter them into torpor and diablerize whenever possible.
Finally, although I would like to stick to 80 cards, I am thinking about filling in the remaining 10 slots with either more combat (Flesh of Marble), stealth (Cloak the Gathering) or more Masters based on your thoughts/suggestions which, as always, are much appreciated.
Without further ado, here is the decklist.

Updated with more Form of Mist and Brothers Grimm for pool gain and hand fixing. EDIT: also tweaked numbers to include more Power of One seeing as it is my sole source of stealth outside of Undue.
EDIT: Added Anarch Manifesto in an attempt to add more stealth anf additional focus on stealth/bleed.

I would fear some problems :
* Pariah may go down in torpor real quick. A gun is enough to avoid each and every damage from any vampire of your crypt in combat
* no stealth mean that only Pariah can reasonably do Shattering and stuff like that. If you're intercepted, other vampires can at best dodge damage and are likely to immediately go to torpor
* you may have card jam problem. Even with Pariah cycling master, you still have the problem of having a lot of action AND a lot of master, so drawing a lot of new card will not be easy.
Edit : comment for the first version. Brother Grimm is a good solution against master jam ; the rest is the same. Maybe also put some Wider View ?

Thanks for reply. I am looking at that right now. I will update second post to include 6 copies of Manifesto which would give me additional stealth. Basically, the deck is a weenie stealth Undue Influence swarm with the addition of Pariah and Anarch Revolts + protean combat defense. It will be fragile against dedicated combat but not completely dead since I do have some defense in dodge or S:CE of my own. With a Manifesto, a bleeding vampire can consistently go up to 3/4 stealth (manifesto, undue, power of one, form of mist). I know form stealth will often be used by Pariah since he's the only one with PRO out of the box but that's what the protean skill cards are for. Neverhteless, 3 stealth bleeds coming out of a 1 cap is still nice.
I do agree with you though and this deck will most likely die to dedicated cept or combat. However, I am hoping that there is enough going on with the swarm, untaps, and anarch revolt to keep them busy while I swarm. And again, not completely dead in combat nor will light cept stop me which I think is the decks strength.

Well since koko asked in another chat, here is my Pariah deck. Idea is pretty much to get loads of guys out and get camera phones on as many as possible and swarm bleed while Pariah takes out blockers/bouncers and blocks stuff, with fames adding some extra ousting power.
