I've played yesterday two games with it. It did surprisingly good. I've managed to get a sweep in first game and 2 vp in a second one.
I've noticed big problems at the beggining. Vampires are influenced slowly and there is a lot of things to do. Both games I was at the edge of being ousted.
To fix it I will reduce number of actions, put some dreams and more small caps to influence them quiclky for some early recruiting actions.

I strongly disagree here. Veil does at inferior what Cloak does at superior (well, aside from that you need to be untapped of course!) and can be stacked on top of Cloak as well. It's a *great* way to give allies stealth and it's even greater if most of the crypt you'll have on the table has inferior obfuscate anyway.
The superior isn't as useful (but has its place in some decks), but at inferior it's totally awesome. Veil is a great card and should always be mixed in if you plan on giving away stealth.

I've never seen Veil do better than a Cloak and I've often seen players choke on a Veil they can't play.
