1) How do you intend to oust?
Small bleeds, overwhelm prey.
2) How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Block actions I don't like. Don't spend too much pool.
3) What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
Never played this deck before. Might have 5-6 Malks out without much trouble.
4) What do you want your average turn to look like?
Bleed a little and stay untapped. Make sure to hold the edge before your next turn.
5) What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
Meta is mixed. Not a lot of combat.
6) What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
n/a

Independent Futurist. Contrarian (titled, X votes where X is the number of votes as the acting minion.) Target Vitals is always the better combat card.

Maybe find room for "Mr. Winthrop." Would "Anima Gathering" be out of place?
I'm not used to playing a deck like this. Since you don't want to spend too much pool, It's hard for me to suggest KRCG News Radio.
"King's Rising" is playable in this type of deck. I'm not recommending it exactly, but worth looking at.

7 Wakes is clearly not enough.
You're missing the key card, here (Smiling Jack).
Dodge is cute, but there's nothing that can compare to a .44 Magnum.
I would change the crypt to ensure the presence of Victoria - ditch Zebulon for another V.

I guess "wall" is a misnomer. It is more of a wallish toolbox that I have in mind. A key is to leverage out of turn actions and defend the Madness Network from your prey. If you can defend it from other players and get the edge before your turn, that's great, but not required. As for wakes, I was thinking I would leave enough guys untapped until just before my turn that I wouldn't need as many as a true wall deck. NRA PAC may also reduce the number of wakes I need (and increase the number of actions I get out of turn).
There are probably too many copies of Dodge in this deck. I don't plan on being blocked, but I will be doing some blocking.
Smiling Jack raises my threat profile even more, something I find annoying in tournaments. My master count is also high as it is. If I made the deck more blocky, I might include Jack.... After some more thought I might need a copy or two in there in case my ousting power is just too weak.
On .44 Magnum, I like it, but I have a very hard time spending 2 pool on equipment. Deer Rifle is a possible metagame play against the combat heavy tournament scene in LA (4 upcoming tournaments this weekend). I should have one or two Disguised Weapons in there so that I can bring out the bow in combat, should the need arise. Maybe a couple Target Vitals to up my hit-back? I had an aus wall deck featuring mostly Weighted Walking Sticks and Zip Guns + Target Vitals that did pretty well.
Direwolf-
I considered Mr. Winthrop, but I will be at long range so often that he might be toast. Phased Motion Detector maybe? King's Rising might be funny, but I plan to move multiple guys to the ready region throughout the game (as my pool allows). I'd go with Failsafe before King's Rising. I'm not much of a fan of Anima Gathering outside of star decks. Effectively losing a minion for +intercept is a serious tradeoff. It also makes that minion scream "Pentex me!" in a way that transient intercept does not.

If you're afraid of fighters, consider Sniper Riffle. It's a solution to at least half of them. And if you're afraid of Animalism, there is no great solution
These Fake Outs might do the trick. Otherwise, there's the No Trace option.
Now, when I played a similar deck and won the LCQ in Palma, what was important was that I had "too many burnable cards" and that the other players had no clue on which one to burn.
In your case, you "only" have the Madness Network and Pentex. Forgotten Labyrinth / Elder Impersonation, and MN gone (and you lose 3 pool).
I ran Smiling Jack, Madness Network, Pentex, PB: Montreal, the Rack, Constant Revolution, Anarch Revolt, and Aranthebes.

instead of KRCG, I suggest Rumor Mill Tabloid Newspaper. it's cheaper. malks don't spend much blood so its drawback isn't a big loss for you. and it's very easy to "loan" out the intercept to other players while making them pay the blood cost. you can bleed a little more responsibly this way.
I suggest Improvised Flamethrower if you need an extra bit of aggravated punch. Ivory Bow is great, but I'm always worried about depending on it since it can be contested. the cheap flamethrower will rarely explode on you, since you have so many options for maneuvers and dodges.
