"Swallowed by the Night" is one of the best cards ever. Find room for 4 or 5. Also, "Behind You!" is often under-rated. Consider a couple of those.

Get rid of Mind Tricks. "+1 stealth and if you get into combat...." is really bad. If you are playing stealth don't plan on getting into combat. Your combat is for defense... like when you are rushed.

Variety is the spice of life!
You should not have 7 copies of Lost in Crowds or Elder Impersonation. Remember, you can only play one of them per action, and there are other + stealth obfuscate cards that you did not include: "Mask of a Thousand Faces" "Spying Mission" "Veil the Legions" (then there are the bloodlines cards "Domain of Evernight" "Masca" and "Under My Skin" if you are desperate for variety.)

You have a lot of high capacity vampires, and you are using "Vessel." First of all: consider using Blood Dolls or Minion Tap. You don't have so many master cards that you have to use a trifle.

8 Telepathic Counter is too many. Try a mix of Telepathic Misdirection. Changing the target of a bleed is invaluable, and the occasional +1 intercept at basic will come in handy. Also, you don't have any "untappers" like Wake with Evening's Freshness or On the Qui Vive.

With high capacity vampires you can't afford to leave someone untapped. Either find room for untappers, or change your crypt. There are a LOT of vampires with AUS dem/DEM obf/OBF in group 3/4 that are capacity 5 to 7.

Adding one or two "Coma" is recommended. Catch someone once, and they will be weary of you every time they see the deck.

Yup, as Direwolf already mentioned, for what this deck does, its crypt is way too big. Actually, I've seen crypts like these, since main vamps have POT, but those were decks that relied on a bit less stealth and a bit more surprise offensive combat package Potence provides...your deck is not suited for such a thing.

If all you want to do is bleed at stealth, there's no reason to play the high caps. Dementation based stealth bleed has a wealth of options in the low to mid range. While an occasional 7 cap or 8 cap may fit, the greatest vulnerability to such a deck is minion removal, so the less investment in a minion, the better.

Not sure which version to address, but in general, get rid of the permanent bleed, the Telepathic Counters, the Escaped Mental Patients, and the Read Intentions.

You can play with or without Auspex. Without, you want to get as cheap as possible since older vampires with Auspex aren't adding value and to have a greater pool buffer. If with, go with On the Qui Vive and Telepathic Misdirection. Bleed decks actually gain the most from bleed bounce since every bounce is just one more bleed action to your prey.

Permanent bleed in this sort of deck is unnecessary. It's particularly a bad option when it costs anything besides an action, such as Laptop costing a pool or Pulse making a huge target with less blood. While somewhat interesting perhaps to run J.S. and Tasha with Heidelberg, again, you have tons of bleed that takes up relatively little deck space.

The EMPs are more actions not bleeding, actions with a cost, and of variable value. While not all bad, as they can grief some rush decks or annoy someone trying to defend against your bleeds, it's not clear why you want them. I suppose I could be convinced on these, if only because a pure stealth bleed deck is rather monotonous.

Read Intentions might as well be Dodge, No Trace, or Concealed Grenades (well, Flash Grenades if you want to be boring), or nothing at all and just ignore combat, hoping to rescue anyone who might get splatted.

The Hunting Grounds are terrible investments. Might as well run Life in the City, go all Sabbat and run The Hungry Coyote, run The Coven (which has a table effect on annoying combat and blood denial decks), or the like.

Do you care about vote decks? If so, Delaying Tactics or Confusion of the Eye or Direct Intervention are possible answers. Well, so is Wrong and Crosswise.

As mentioned, Swallowed by the Night is elite, actually my choice for best Obfuscate card these days.

I'd look to cut the deck down to 75-80 cards as well.
