Well all your guys can play forced march, so I don't really see the point in freak drives, replace with more forced march? Also I find it strange you don't have Honorine Ateba or Ganhuru in the crypt, they are both great vampires, would at least take out one copy of each Ubende and Falhu for one copy of each.
Also you really should have some enchant kindreds there to both speed up ousting and get more guys out faster and cheaper. Not so sure of the backstab or dbr either in this deck, well backstab is just terrible in general. Superior Mettle is also kind of narrow prevent card, you would be much better off with hidden strength or resilience or armor of vitality.

Actually, there is one of our players that loves to play +6 aggravated damage. It can be bothersome. Since i do not the means to be low on pool/blood i find it best to prevent massive amounts of damage as a genreal rule.

I like sideslip for the dogde and prevent versatility. It works as a backup plan to your main prevent package (4 superior mettle).
Ishtarri warlord works well with psyche! I would add 1 or 2 more.
i know some people like dragon breath rounds with .44s but I don't like it with a gun that costs 2-pool. Its your preference of course, but I would take out the DBR and add additional strikes and/or prevent and/or dodges. This works better with fame in my opinion.
I don't think smiling jack fits. You have very little intercept and very little stealth to get No Secrets/sport bike on a minion. If you get the bike and no secrets and the intercept location it might work. If your meta doesn't use a lot of stealth then it might be fine.

I would rather go for sticks than guns: it saves pool and you have access to permanent prevent (Well-Marked) and permanent maneuver/press to make it just as efficient.
You might want to find some room for Perfectionist and more untap to fuel the the Despiral faster.

The deck is well made, but it faces a critical problem in relationship with pool gain. You have to acknowledge that you have to pay for the guns and you don´t have much pool to do it.
Far less can you tolerate the the leisure of burning it with dragon breath rounds.
My suggestion is to forfeit master slots for villein and substitute vessel for blood doll. Don´t forget also to include the financing powerbase: Thsawane.
Limit the cost of your permanents; f.e. substitute bikes for winthrop and shaman.
Retrieve blood given to the pool, by gaining it back from other vampires thanks to taste of vitae. Analyse the cost of your combat module and reduce it.
Don´t include limiting rush actions, like ambush or harass. Big game is prefered.
If you have access to heart of the city, mix them with despiral.
