file Rigged Elections

I would drop most of the actions and go full-throttle on the votes. You'll need more praxis seizure cards and probably more majesties, since they dry up way too quickly in a no stealth 90 card deck. Good luck!

Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.

Creepshow Casino would usually only let people to cycle intercept. Usually if people can block 1 stealth, they can block 2 as well.

This is wrong for the 2 blockers that pose a real threat to you: Unmasking and No Secrets. You don't really care about heavy intercept: you are getting through with swarm, not stealth. But an ally deck with Unmasking has a lot of minions with +1 Intercept and a No Secrets will simply end your game. Against those, you have Creepshow Casino, Force of Personality and Daring the Dawn.

Even against heavy intercept, Creepshow Casino is useful. Most intercept reaction cards (among the ones that actually see play, at least) double as untap or bleed bounce. In both cases, you prefer to see them played for intercept than for the other effect.

Of course if there is a guy with a raven spy untapped I don't use CoT, then I just let him block and Majesty.

What if you cannot choose because you only have CoT in hand? Majesty can be used in both cases, that's why it is better. And it provides combat defence too.

Voter caps are mainly for pool gain, each cap is basically +2 pool, any blood gained is just a bonus.

Still, the blood is there. You can at least swap the Intimidations for Legal Manipulations or Public Trust.

I think the hunting grounds are not worth your time, if they help you, something else isn't working. I do think a Catatonic fear and target vitals would be better than the Majesty, it will help you clear those +1 int allies a lot and make someone "weaker" think twice before blocking. I think the CoT can be cut down and that you have too many votes, consider charming lobby and/or cryptic rider with Rumors of Gehenna should you need a little extra push to get established.

More evidence that your deck need not be good in order to win:

The hunting grounds are in there mainly because they cost pool, so they help me get below my preys pool, enabling parity shifts. I have 2 Pentex there against no secrets or the like.

I am also thinking about putting couple 2nd traditions in there for blocking key actions like no secrets.
