Ok now this is among the craziest deck ideas I have ever got that I have been pondering for long time, this is the first time I actually get far enough to make a deck list. Basic idea is that you bring out Julius, he gets the eye of hazimel, and couple temptations for multiacting, and beats people up in combat and bleeds for 2, someone else gets the codex to bleed for 4 after Julius has cleared the way, if Julius goes down no biggie, he burns automatically due to his card text so you can bring out a new one. Use Ashurs to recycle your combat cards.

Does Temptation allow you to rush with the Eye several times per turn?

No, you can only rush via the Eye's card text once per turn.
You can bleed with it on your second action, should you get one.

Yes can only rush once per turn with the eye, there are big games and bums rushes for getting a second rush the same turn if needed, and generally he wants to bleed for 2 each turn also, 1-2 temptations on him is enough to do all of that. Apparitions and Typhonic Beasts both give prevent which should keep him alive against most forms of combat. Both of those also give the prevent 'each round' which has lovely synergy with the presses from IGs.
