It's not really rocket science. You make a crypt of Inner Circle members, accelarate them out with Zillah's and Info Highway and then take 6-9 of their blood back to your pool (depending on your strategy). You can then do whatever you want, really.
There is a very good Flurry of Action bleed CEL/OBF/DOM bleed deck in the TWDA called Order 66 . I have my own version of that deck, which uses nothing but Inner Circle members based on Adana, Fanchon and Rafael as well as a version that is more vote-heavy based on Lutz and Rafael that uses Alastor/Helicopter for multi-acting.
I recently encountered a Hardestadt rush deck at a tournament and although that was more of a superstar deck, I can imagine Josef, Adana and Hardestadt could make for some nasty hardhitting rushing machine. As a bonus you don't need to worry about an ousting mechanism

It's too bad the G4 inner circles mostly have the same disciplines on their off-clans. Like, only Josef has animalism, only Hardestadt has fortitude and only Fanchon has thaumaturgy, while FIVE of them have obfuscate. If there would be a little better spread, there'd be a lot more deck options.

If you want to further increase the complexity of the deck, go with multiple copies of Hardestadt, a few obf masters, and a Soul Gem to get the rest of the crypt into play. A few copies of Chain of Command would also be useful for shuffling the other IC vamps back into the crypt for Soul Gem.

Deck Name : The Might of the Inner Circle

Description : Bring out Rafael de Corazón first (even though Mistress Fanchon will do as well). Have him learn superior Necromancy as soon as possible (via the Sargon Fragment or master: disciplines). The first political action Rafael should call should be either Might of the Camarilla or Alastor (preferrably). If he calls Might of the Camarilla you can burn any of your uncontrolled vampires that you do not want to influence out. Once Rafael or another of your vampires has superior Necromancy, you will have to play Possession on any vampire in your ash heap. There are a few peculiar vampires in your crypt, who are meant for blood gain (Dmitra), card recursion (Undele), and the vote lock (Orlando). Once you have enough vampires in your ready region, you can start to oust each of your preys by bleeding at stealth, and burning their vampires with the Banishment and Might of the Camarilla combo granted by Undele's card recursion ability.

Damnans, now I really really wish that I had some might of the camarilla's (and some other random cards) so I could try that deck out. That looks like a completely hilarious deck to play
