I know you eventually want access to superior Temporis, but with only 3 Infernal Pacts, have you considered using a single copy of Amulet of Temporal Perception as a stop-gap mechanism? It goes well with the 6 Magics of the Smith so that you can fetch it early until you get the Infernal Pact. And once you do, you can simply pass the Amulet on to one of your spuds.

If getting Rutor's Hand early is crucial, you could always include Spirit Summoning Chamber. Then again, SSC is a card I always *want* to include, but often ends up on the cutting room floor because I ultimately have trouble fitting it in.

Some additional untap capability for multi-acting (Mylan Horseed, Monster archetype, maybe even Helicopter if you aren't blocked a lot) might be nice to supplement Rutor's Hand.
