Why isn't there at least 1 copy of Menele Advanced in there? If you merge, you no longer need combat cards a lot of the time. That would make this a far more efficient deck.

@Lonkka:
For some reason I had it confused with Uncontrollable Rage (2 blood for 2 strength at announcement is a bit much). It would probably do reasonably in this deck as an addition to Torn Signposts.
@Kiddo:
Groupings and Capacity. Menele should be the largest vampire in the crypt (unless I really abolish the master section and start throwing in skill cards for Menele) so that his card text is always active.
@Poci:
Next time I travel to Melbourne for a Major Tournament I'm probably going to try bring Tzimisce w/ Protean. This deck isn't necessarily aiming for Tier 1 (and I realise in this early-ish form it's closer to Tier 3 but Menele always seems like a vampire who should be doing more than he does)
@Reverend:
Most of my disarm type decks tend to just be POT SMASH. And I tend not to keep them built for long because most people just get tired of watching the weenies come smash them in the face repeatedly and they do get a little dull to play.
@AaronC:
Swapping Blood Fury for Blood Rage is a zero sum game. I will spend 1 more blood, to do 1 more damage, to gain 1 more blood from Taste of Vitae. The objective isn't actually to bin each and every minion, but to get blood to fuel Menele's Text (and other things). Yes, I used to have a CEL-THA version of this using Tre Princes and a fat pile of 2nd Trads.

Opportunity cost seemed too high. I want the move down text more.Why isn't there at least 1 copy of Menele Advanced in there? If you merge, you no longer need combat cards a lot of the time. That would make this a far more efficient deck.

I really love the way you are defending your awful deck. You may not be the greatest deckbuilder around, but you're surely a good soldier

That cannot work. At best, you punch for 2, get punched back for 1 and taste. Net gain: 1 blood, not better than hunting.The objective isn't actually to bin each and every minion, but to get blood to fuel Menele's Text (and other things).

if the objective is to use Menele's special, then good old Theft of Vitae should do the job. blur or press, do it some more. and Menele advanced becomes even stronger, just play a Trap and he can gain a lot of blood. it'd be worth putting 1 copy in if you have it, and see if you can merge him later in the game with Wider View.
I'm not sure what kind of combat you're expecting in your metagame, but the rest of the deck can be built around countering those situations where you have trouble stealing blood.
