Malkavian antitribu
This is a +1 stealth action.
(D) Put this card on a younger vampire. The vampire with this card is considered to be the same clan as the acting vampire. The vampire with this card does not untap as normal. During his or her controller's untap phase, he or she may burn 1 blood to untap. The vampire with this card may move it to another vampire as a (D) action. This card cannot be placed on a Malkavian or Malkavian antitribu.

1) Deranged Mata-hari gets no votes.

I think the ruling is that Deranged Mata Hari still has 2 votes

If I´m not false 2 votes is an independent title and when an independent vampire changes sect it also loose inherent votes.

6.3.3. Gaining Votes
Other minions may have votes or ballots (as listed on card text) without holding one of the titles listed above. A minion's votes and ballots can be used only when the minion is ready

Based on this information the titled effect of Mata Hari is not impacted by this change of clan. If you prefer, regardless of clan, Mata Hari is still independent - Malkavain independent. Pretty funny, for the crazy Red Riding Hood!

VTES is not for the faint of heart...especially when you don't have a enough blood.

I don´t think so. Deranged vampires gain defect sect of clan or antitribu, be it camarilla for malkavian or sabbat for malkavian antitribu; although you could have changed sect with the playing malki or antimalki with cards like out of the frying pan, make it independent by anarchising ...

My doubt is linked to the validity of 2 votes as sect title, because I haven´t read actual version of rules. Deranged Mata hari becomes camarilla or sabbat per defect, that´s what I´m 100 percent shure.

I concur : a deranged vampire is sabbat / camarilla, on the same way that Clan Impersonation give sect affiliation. (which lead to funny thing, like embrace by sabbat assamite being independant)

I don't know enough about the rules for titled independants vampire to pretend to know whether they keep their votes or not.

Derange changes the sect, but 'has x votes' titles are not sect dependent, and Mata Hari keeps them no matter what sect she becomes.

That said, I don't really see much point in using Mata Hari in this deck, you don't really use her discplines or special that much, and she is red list and you have very little combat defense so she is just a liability.
