Well, there's sometime since I've posted some deck here. I was thinking about some forgotten cards that might be useful in the right deck, so I tought abour gird minions and create this swarm anarch bleeding deck. Lets to its features
How do you intend to oust?
swarm high bleed (usually 3)
How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
By ousting other players and playing some autarkis persecution to survive
What do you want your ready region to look like?
tons of caitiffs and panders. If possible, all my cript (13 minions)
What do you want your average turn to look like?
Swarms getting up faster, becoming anarch and bleeding with club illusion, refilled with gird minions and bleeding again with club illusion.
What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
these days, they're playing with voting and toolbox decks.
What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
Haven't played yet.

53 card is less than the minimum of 60. Apart from that, I am a bit dubious of the usefulness of the votes, and I am not very sure the deck will last long against any quick lunge.

I don't like the concept of weenie computer hacking at all, since it is more often than not only capable of doing 1 VP or 2 VPs at max. Although I like the combo of Computer Hacking + Club Illusion. use Leverage as well and you can bleed for 4 with these 1 caps.
As Ohlmann says no one will support any one those votes. Also there are way too many master cards in the deck. That would be the version I would build:
Crypt (Capacity min=0 max=0 avg=0; 0 cards)
==============================================
Random assortment of 1 caps. More than 12 would be nice also.
Library (60 cards)
=====================
Master (13 cards)
1x Barrens, The --> discarding duplicate masters/Go Anarch or Dodge
2x Club Illusion --> main card beside Gird Minions
5x Gird Minions --> refill empty 1 caps
2x Information Highway --> crypt acceleration
1x Powerbase: Los Angeles --> extra discard + untap Anarch
1x Seattle Committee --> not Twilight Camp, since you usually will not have the spare MPA
1x Sunset Strip, Hollywood --> extra stealth when hunting, useful when facing Unmasking or similar.
Action (24 cards)
16x Computer Hacking --> allows bleed for 3 with Club Illusion
8x Go Anarch
Action Modifier (12 cards)
12x Leverage --> most of the time you will have the edge, often multiple times. So that's bleed for 4.
Reaction (3 cards)
1x On the Qui Vive
2x Poison Pill --> remove pool from another player or cancel the vote (indirectly).
Combat (8 cards)
8x Dodge --> combat saver, maybe 2 too many.

Thanks Extrala. That really was useful. I thought of leverage but I didn't understand the concept of the card before. Reading carefully now I know that I just don't get the edge only when I use it, so I can bleed with leverage more than 1 time in the turn, depending on how many minions I have. Maybe I could put a little more club illusion to get it faster and some delaying tactics to avoid some nasty voting?
thanks

Sure add more Club Illusion if feel that you need it faster.
About Delaying Tactics vs. Poison Pill: Delaying Tactics costs a blood, which one of your vampires may or may not have at a given time. Poison Pill is for free. It can be better than DT, especially when votes are called Ancient Influence or Political Struggle. In this case (and others as well) the acting player might even consider voting against his own political action. But maybe that's a thing you have to test/experience for yourself.
