Girls will find Sadness was created by Damnans
Deck Name : Girls will find Sadness
Author : Kevin Mergen & Damnans
Description : This deck has been designed with the purpose of being capable of destroying Ashur Tablet decks while still being able to be competitive enough to get game wins. It is based on Phagian's special ability, which allows other vampires you control to play Necromancy
cards at basic level by paying an additional blood. Thus you do not have to includde Necromancy master discipline cards in your deck in order to enable your Dementation Malkavians

to play Trochomancy to deny any Methuselah of your choice access to card recursion.
How do you intend to oust?
By bleeding my preys to death.
How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
By ousting as many preys as possible while gaining some pool during the process (either from Kindred Spirits or from ousts). In addition, there are several bleed bounce cards.
What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
Phagian + 3 vampires with Dementation

What do you want your average turn to look like?
Each vampire with Dementation bleeding my prey for 3 or 4 (with Trochomancy if necessary).
What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
It is very varied. My opponents play in very different modes
(such as aggressive, very defensive, spiteful, etc.)
What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
The main problem comes from investing 8 pool on Phagian, who lacks Obfuscate
and Dementation to be able to take bleed actions.

Why play with rather than 
or , or even ? Right now Phagian has very little to do and no stealth on his own. You could keep the same core idea with a deck where everyone can play your cards.

Because with Dominate I cannot bleed any Methuselah, as I can with Kindred Spirits. If the Ashur Tablet deck were cross-table or my predator, I would not be able to it them with Trochomancy.
I could add a few master discipline cards for Phagian perhaps, or I could add several Veil the Legions to give him stealth.

2) Should you care? With a bleeder, an Ashur deck is not such a bad predator: you have a decent chance of scoring your 3 VPs before he gets really nasty. If the Ashur deck is crosstable, you are more likely to get bounced to him early on and if you are fast enough he will still be within reach when he becomes your prey.
As it is now, your vampires are not so small and Phagian cannot KS. If you start wasting actions on crosstable bleeds, you might screw up the Ashur deck, but can you still score your own VPs?
