The player's kits were meant to be teaching tools for newbies so some of the more complicated cards found in the starters were never incorporated in the kit. So yes, if you compare the stuff you have you are missing some of the cards in the starters. I think warghouls among other stuff werent included in the kits if i remember correctly.

by itself not really, you can block but wont have the right cards to do the job.
I suggest you look up rosetatu productions.
www.sites.google.com/site/rosetatuproductions/home/v-tes-sealed-displays

3rd ed starter display is 45 dollars, sword of caine or black hand booster box would be 61 dollars each. Depends on how willing are you to invest. At the very least just pick up the starter display.

Not sure what you have on hand, but basically, the idea of a wall deck if to
a) stop actions
b) hurt the minions you stop

To achieve that, you need
a) intercept
b) (for Tzimisce) aggravated damage

Looks like you have the intercept part, more or less, so you'll need to hunt for combat cards. I recommend Chiroptarean Marauder and Breath of the Dragon. Horrid Form and Inner Essence are nice, but too many combat cards becomes a problem when you cannot generate enough intercept to get into combat. If you don't already have them, take a look at permanent intercepts like Raven Spy or Abbot.

You might also want to consider ways to untap out of turn, or block as if untapped

Cat's Guidance, Guard Dogs, Rats' Warning and if applicable, Sense the Savage Way are all good options for untaps. Eternal Vigilance if you have titled vampires. On the Qui Vive, Eyes of Argus and Forced Awakening are good options to enable your minions to block as if untapped. Maybe look at Read the Winds while you're at it.

Most of these cards can be found in 3rd Edition (Marauder, Abbot and Eternal Vigilance only from boosters).

I don't know what is your playing experience, but just for the record: wall decks are the hardest to play with! The Tzimisce wall is one of the hardest even in wall decks, because that's basically a skeleton; you don't have anything that is permanent (I'm talking about the real wall deck, not the others). The deck itself has like 2-4 actions, 1 palatial estate and 1 army of rats fur sure, the other 2 is just optional. And has like 45 or so reaction cards, 15 combat cards, 19 or so masters, that's all.
The old crypt is way more viable, than the newer ones. The deck is damn hard to oust, but quite hard to win a table with it too. That's where the main problem lies. If you are not capable of playing good with this deck, then you won't win and you will ruin the game for the other players too. I said this just to warn you, nothing else. Please, be cautious and careful with this deck. :)
