as part of my meta there are 2 tremere decks, this is the Tremere! rush
mostly second round combat, lots of presses to be had

Hello,
You need pool gain, so I'd add blood dolls and/or minon taps - relying on Malgorzat's special ability is not enough. You need Malgorzata other purposes as well.
Since you have 90 cards in the deck, you need to drop something. I'd start with Walk of Flames. Consider this: "Are you about to enter combat 13 times?" In general, you will enter combat and have opportunity use Walk of Flame is half of that. So, having 7 walk of flames would be sufficient enough. Same goes for Apportation, which is a good card - you don't need 17 of them, 12 is more than enough.
Duplicates are good, but I don't think you need 3 Mob Connections. Reduce them to 2 and add bowl of convergence if you have any.
If you have any Rutor's Hand cards, you should add them here, especially if you choose to have blood dolls for pool gain.
Precognition would benefit you - you can use damage prevention from it any time in combat (which means you can prevent damage during second round).

Less Malgorzata, more Uta. Make deck based around her and in order to get most out of her ability, meaning forget Thefts and second round strikes - use Apportation sparingly but your main strike cards should be: Blood Fury and several Soul burns, backed up by Serenading the Kami. These get around prevent and therefore you can Taste of Vitae on that.
Also, you need several Bio Experiments (your support vamps can play that) and a Rutor's Hand or two. Also, standard rush masters are needed, like Fame, Tension and even Depravity.
Aslo, and I doubt that you can, but if you have Nephandi, at least 4 should go in, in order to deal with torporised vamps. Rego Motus for free prevent.
I'd make it more rush and less intercept combat. You also really need to rethink your masters - a couple of Havens are ok, but you do not need mob connections nor multiple HGs. What you do need here is Spirit Summoning Chamber or even two, that card excels at THA combat.
Harass? you have aus, use Nose of the Hound instead, if you really need (but if you focus on Uta, you don't even need rush cards - your other minions should reap benefits from Uta's mayhem, like bleeding, hunting, rescuing famed vamps (Frondator)...

Not with Precog you can't, its text specifically says first round...Precognition would benefit you - you can use damage prevention from it any time in combat (which means you can prevent damage during second round).

Couple of Suggestions:
- Harass may not be your best attack card. The press is nice, but it relies on minions being tapped or low cap. Rumble is an alternate choice (increases hand size)
- There is little you can do against S:CE. You may want to increase the number of telepathic tracking you have or add some thoughts betrayed to disallow strikes.
- 7 Bleed modifier cards may not be enough to oust, you may want to think about an alternate strategy like Fame. Or, change them to Govern the Aligned for a dual benefit.
