Disclaimer - I haven't played VTES in a few years and I was never very good at building decks. So be gentle.

*******

How do you intend to oust?

Build up and equip weenies as quickly as possible, followed by incapacitating prey's vampires. Usual master tech to help combat decks oust (Fame, Tension, etc)

How do you intend to keep from being ousted?

Deck is entirely forward-moving except for the occasional back-rush for a particularly dangerous predator minion. So I'm hoping to maintain a healthy pool by the minimal costs required of weenies coupled with a few Tributes.

What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?

As many as possible; they're weenies after all.

What do you want your average turn to look like?

Equipping, untapping (from leather jacket or freak drive), rushing.

What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?

Varied. Some people play with fatties and one plays an entire deck of nothing but IC members (he's who the Fear of Mekhet is for). Combat decks happen, but when they do, they tend to be vicious, as well as varied (sometimes celgun, sometimes potence). Voting decks are uncommon so I didn't bother trying to defend against them. No one uses Ashur Tablets, or much in the way of Events. No Laibon or Imbued and I don't think anyone has an Anarch deck (though personally I've always wanted to play one).

What problems have you observed with the deck in play?

Ousting. Because I don't have a bleed discpline, I can't bleed for more than two. I also had poor card flow in the sense that I would often get jammed up with cards I couldn't play because many of the vampires only bave one discipline. The first version of the deck tried using master tech to discard (Barrens, Sphinx); this version, I'm trying to expand the disciplines each vampire uses instead with discipline masters, Hand, and Drum.

I would start by pointing out that you only need one of those three disciplines to kill people in combat. Of those, my choice would be potence. Splash in some dominate (can be found with Giovanni, Lasombra, or misc. vampires) and now you have bounce and ousting power.

As it is, the deck appears to tool up and rush, but isn't that great at either. Make it more streamlined and I think it has potential.

Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.

Yea, tool up rush works better with midcaps. Weenies want to hit hard, and even i, someone very reliant on fortitude, can say you shouldnt worry about weenies doing anything but offense.

Cel for anarchs with diversion is really fun and fairly competent tool up combat, but weenie potence with dom or celerity with presence is better for bnb decks.

If you have more copies of Jimmy Dunn, I would suggest using 3 copies of him in your crypt.

If you're going with equipment, I don't think you can go wrong with a Hawg.

I don't think Undead Persistence is a good choice. Without a trap or :FOR:, it is simply a press to continue that you can only use if your vampire is wounded.

You might consider trying some free Fortitude prevention cards. I know that they aren't great at :for:, but you have a blood management problem. Skin of Steel is effective, but it does the same thing as a Leather Jacket for the cost of a precious blood. I would take out 2 Undead Persistences and 1 or 2 Skins of Steel and replace them with free Fortitude prevention such as Skin of Rock or Unflinching Persistence. These cards could give you some relief against Carrion Crows.

I don't think you should use any Freak Drives at all. Your vampires are just too small to be able to afford the blood. You have so many weenies that you should have a sufficient number of actions even with the equip actions you want to take. You might be better off replacing them with Tastes of Vitae.

You have too many masters.
-1 Fear of Mekhet
-4 Tribute to the Master (like I said, you can't afford the blood, and it's not as though you're investing a lot of pool in your minions. Heck, I would consider Gird Minions for this deck. Your principal bleed defense is not spending much pool.)
-1 Tension in the Ranks (Tension will likely hurt you as much as anyone else anyway.)
+1 Archon Investigation (if you need one, you need two)
+2 Life in the City (seems like a no-brainer)

Other pool defense may be prudent as well. Boon, dummy corp, and maybe a copy of two wrongs.

What 1 blood cost fortitude you run deends on meta. Crows heavy and only little fortitude on your minions means armor of vitality, whereas celerity guns or big punch potence would warrant superior mettle/skin of steel.
