Toreador don't need stealth

Here is my Toreador bleed/vote deck. Basically use croc tongues, Francois' special, and catatonic fears to empty people up so they can't block you anymore, while also doing some pool damage with aching beauties while your at it, and then do all kinds of powerful votes and bleeds for 2-3 to oust people. Its especially fun to use Torrents for actions with achingly beautiful vampires. Just be careful to bleed with Alexandra BEFORE using Annabelles special, have had her Archoned a few times before because of that.

You got more-less all the bases covered.

If it was me, i would put entrancement or two in the deck, and definitely replace charismatic auras with majesty (unless you are in a very POT rich environment). If they cannot handle majesty, then they are in big trouble. Also, would remove the monastery of shadows and hg for two more aching beauties (you want them to suffer when trying to block).
Maybe ambulance? Secure heaven?

Also, another parity shift instead of political stranglehold (all pool for you, none for the table )

Also, i would remove one anabell for one isabel the leon. She can be golden!
