Make the entire decka point to pull off this combo, and use zayyat and saulot with palatial estate, the rack, lord of serenety, and thier specials to bloat. Mots for shackles , rush, throw shackles, marionette, reclaim shackles, next turn mariinette, give shackles, etc. Maybe you can distract the table enough to talk your way into some vps, since even with a cog and freakdrives, i cant see much uumph.
Although, you could mind rape and shackle before returning, or screw over a parmeneides that was yours for a turn.

Yes, thats the joke, but its being physically possible is relevant to the thread. The mind rape thing is as well, but as an afterthought in a slava mind rape deck ore than a joke deck.
Sorry if i was hard to read, its umpteen moving parts for no real payoff. A rube goldberg machine that throws a shoe at an attacker rather than stopping them.

You forget the trump card : temptation of greater power. You take definite control of the shackled minion, so you can pass the shackle again to your rusher, to shackle someone else !
