Theres just too much clunky stuff. Provision i cant see most of the time being worth the slot, and open dossier is funny for casual ( i did dirty contract open dossier once for fun) but bad most of the time. Streamline the deck and use contracts to remove key minions and a famed vamp, not to be able to play dossier. Adding the khabar that gains 2 pool if you control the biggest assamite is good, as is a copy or two of khabar glory. Is you want a solid deck with contract subtheme, use dem assamites, or g2 with dom for bleeds and deflections.
But regardless, streamline, nad use sideslips. As of now, burst of sunlight drops you.

Thanks all, your help is much appreciated.
I think my first steps are focussing on guns and infernal pursuits, once I've got that done I'll attempt the other fixes. I'm a sucker for 'wouldn't it be great if...' effects, but I realise my problem!
Quick question, does open dossier allow you to block without the assistance of an untap type card (on the qui vie). I'd post the full text buy don't have it to hand.

Yes.
Open Dossier
Reaction
1 blood
Only usable by a vampire who has been chosen for a contract on the acting minion. This vampire attempts to block with +2 intercept and gets an optional maneuver in the resulting combat if successful. Usable by a tapped vampire even if intercept is not yet needed.
When you are anvil, be patient; when a hammer, strike.
