Why no third edition? This deck screams for path of night.
Also, why oh why arexyou using mouthpeice? It takes 2 cards to do what empowering the puppet king does with one card. If you used computer hacking and leverage, you could bleed for up to 4 with a friggin nocturne.
If your justification is blood cost, you would save enough using path of night to make that not matter.

I like Mouthpiece as a card, but I think it only really shines when the target can pay the 1 blood/life for basic Conditioning. if not, look to Leverage instead.

Wouldn't Empowering the Puppet King be easier to use ? It cost a blood, but then you don't need two of them at the same time.

Two easy-to-cycle cards to make your prey lose an additional pool seems ok. Not great, maybe, but ok. Mpiece also lets the Nocturn play Shroud of Absence...

Mouthpiece is free, and at inferior is useable by the acting vampire. Neither of those advantages is negligible. (If I were drawing from the full card set, I would definitely consider going with Path/Empowering/Leverage.)
