1) How do you intend to oust?
Classic bruise and bleed. Fame + Tension + Hell-for-Leather is the bruise part, Govern + conditioning is the bleed.
2) How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Deflection works well, back rush if needed.
3) What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
2 or 3, most likely only 2 before I oust my first prey. All of them work well in the deck, I'll propably just pick which one to bring up based on my initial transfers.
4) What do you want your average turn to look like?
Bleed some, tool up, put Politcal Struggle in key vampires. If blocked, Thoughts, then entombment (or burning wrath, if I'm grappled), followed by amaranth + lay low to recoupe the high blood cost of those cards and then bang, next influence they are back for a measly one pool (usually).

I would lose one copy of Lord Vauxhall & Ermenegildo to bring the crypt down to 12. One copy of Steely Tenacity may go far, since all three forms can be within your crypt.

Burning wrath is really bad. Just about everything could be better, but Undead Strength or additional Entombment come to mind.
That being said, it won't help a lot, since the main problem come from the core concept and not from the card selection. Bruise & Bleed is not the better plan in the world, and this one is not too good in the responsible bleeding departement. And I believe the anarch angle only add useless moving parts.

I do agree that burning wrath is expensive, but in this deck I'll probably recoup the blood with amaranth. I obviously won't choose Burning Wrath against guys who can prevent, I'll deal with those with Entombment (which I don't own more, sadly), and I'll never spend 3 blood in a strike if I didn't play thoughts betrayed beforehand. Considering most of the guys only have inferior potence, I'll be trading 2 normal damage for 2 aggravated damage, and that's huge in a deck that must use amaranth to pay for the heavy blood cost of his cards.

Arms of the abyss, entomb, amaranth is better than any potence you can run if you dont have fortitude prevent readily available.

Sabbat. If this vampire's bleed is successful, he laughs manicly and untaps.

Amaranth is tricky to play, because it is based on several conditions (you torporize vamp, keep yourself alive, have votelock/convince to be left alive, useful only if the opponent is semi-full of blood). In a combat-vote deck featuring Hektor (with agg hand strikes) I always regret adding more than two Amaranth, I doubt you really need more as well.
The sad truth is that only 1/4 of Amaranths result in significan bloodgain.
