How does it oust?
Neuters preys vamps with Barrenness making them easier to bash, bleed for 2 via Eye of Hazimel. Conditioning/Heart's Desire. Fame.

How does it survive?
The deck does indeed rely on Dylan equipping the Eye of Hazimel for some backward rush and crush. Imposing Phantasm = 8 hand damage. Not bad for 1 card. Deflection. Doll/Bloat (keep hunting and bloating with smaller vampires). Kaymakli Fragment bloat.

Notes: Eye of Hazimel plays a fairly important role. AUS vampires have been added as support since they can very well become a threat should I fail to draw into Dylan in opening crypt or if I simply decide to focus Dylan on Maleficia tricks while Charice, or Tanner wield the Eye of Hazimel.

I added a single copy of Infamous Insurgent for the LolZ. But don't underestimate it. Couple it with Kaymakli Fragment and that's 3 pool per turn.
