Uchenna's Tunnel Runners was created by Adonai
1. How do you intend to oust? With multiple allies bleeding at stealth every turn.
2. How do you intend to keep from being ousted? With Magaji and No Secrets + other permanent intercept.
3. What do you want your ready region to look like? Two Magaji and as many allies as I can afford.
4. What do you want your average turn to look like? Magaji hunts or gains permanent intercept, while the allies bleed at 1 stealth.
5. What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play? My current metagame is not expecting allies in quantity, so Far Mastery and Entrancement are rarely seen.
6. What problems have you observed with the deck in play? I haven't played it yet, I have a concern that I've overlooked some simple card that will make it all much better than it is with the first blush of inspiration.

You could consider Unlicensed Taxicab for all those recruit, employ and hunt actions you plan on. Perhaps one or two Song of Serenity in place of Skin of Rock; it's like damage prevention should your werewolves meet a wall. I hate to say it, but Direct Intervention can protect you from block-fails and minion-stealing actions.

I never played a No Secrets-deck before and don't have experince in playing Abombwe. I'm wondering if 4 No Secrets on 90 cards are enough? It seems to be a keycard and although you will cycle well through the deck with all those Freak Drives I'd cut the deck down to 75 or so and add one more No Sec.

It's a deck with good potential and I especially like the Tunnel Runner for two pool trick (big fan of Tshwane ;o) ). Tunnel Runners are really cool.

If you are open to diversifying the crypt a bit you might consider adding Jacob Fermor. I run him in mine so the Tunnel Runners bleed for 2-3 each.

I played the deck yesterday.
Jacob Fermor replaced all of the non-magaji.
Umdava + Jacob Fermor were my starting minions. I did eventually also get Uchenna and Nkule Galadima in play. All three Magaji ended up with No Secrets. I got 2.5 VPs for the game win, with my grand-predator getting 1.5 VP. (We play with a two hour time limit, always.)
My predator's Tension in the Ranks did 5 pool damage to my second prey and was very helpful. The two copies of Unmasking that I had swapped in only got the Tunnel Runners killed, either to Trapparition or Slam based combat (in addition to any discouragement they may have given my predator). I will probably swap two cards out in order to add Sniper Rifles before playing it again.
I went with the following actual cards:
