Hi! I've been playing many Spoils of War decks lately. Here are my initial thoughts, in no particular order:
- You don't make enough minions for Tribute to the Master to be better than a few Blood Dolls.
- Spoils of War just pays for the Fleetness, you're not going to siphoning off that much blood.
- Waste Management Operation is barely useful in a 60-card deck, completely useless in this deck.
- Cut it to 60 cards and lose the garbage masters, or consider doing the old Infernal Pursuit + Concealed Weapon + Waste Management Operation shenanigans. Or do both.
- Abbot, Winthrop, Sport Bike, wakes. Use them instead of Vendetta.
- Amelia is a bit large but consider her for the built-in rush and title to play Under Seige (TOO GOOD).
- You need 1-2 Aire of Elation and 1-2 Leverage. Burst, baby.

I find this conditional. I found a need for it even when I played 90 card deck. It all highly depends on the card flow. However, it seems not needed here.
Sabbat. If this vampire's bleed is successful, he laughs manicly and untaps.

I agree on the premise that ive ran out of deck alot playing combat.
This deck just needs more miserly blood costs. Fleetness isnt really cool here. Rumbles and computer hackings are better if you spend that much blood and try to farm it to pool. Abbots and blocking would be helpful.
But, Precision makes me giggle. Its not even like terrible, it combos funny with spoils.
Im always a fan of 44s. If you show me a weenie presence deck, i'll tell you to add a 44. But slinging them on as many minions as they need to be on here wont fly without pool defense. If, and its a big circumstantial if, you want to block, powerbases barranqilla, montreal, and (mexico city?the 5 beads one...) could help a small bit.
On that note, if you cut this down to 60, its going to have loads of issues winning. So, add ascendance and cycle with waste management op

To get the most out of Waste Management Operation you must:
- Draw it early.
- Play it as soon as your first minion comes out (1-3 turns, 1 pool).
- Empty your deck (the easy part)

Wow. What a great thought. I've been ruminating on some ideas for a weenie presence vote deck, and this advice helps address some of my major concerns.
Now back to your regularly scheduled deck clinic...

I've given a test-drive to it in a social game. It wasn't exactly the same, mostly because I only own one Precision and 14 Flurry of Action...
Took 3VP and the GW after ending up head-to-head with Jaroslav + Grapple & Bundi. Light intercept allowed me to tool up fairly fast. Had 4 minions (Sarah, Dodd, Julian, Victor) all of them had Abbot, at least a bleed equipment or a retainer and most had a gun.
