It's Cheap Brujah Euro-stealth.
I've used it that way too... Pick say, a chump (I tend to pick the chump blockers but you could easily pick the "star") and then just bleed at them with "a hand of red cards I'd love to cycle..." and your 2 bleed sails on past the defence

I love to put it on someone like Beast or Lazverinus, the kind of star actor or blocker that will see a lot of combat.

I'm more likely to pick someone like...
Martin Franckel
Anson
The guy with the Bowl of Convergeance
The guy targeted by the Anima Gathering
The 3-cap

I'd recommend those abbots, since your combat is far from weak. Also, having Majesty or two at hand could profit you.
Some Tangle Atropos' Hand would profit you, same goes with Narrow Minds. And why not throw in Waste Management Operation?
If you want to keep deck in 60 cards, id do following tweaks:
+1 abbot
+1 majesty
+1 narrow minds
+1 waste management operations
+3 tangle atropos' hand
+1 target vitals
-1 Immortal Grapple
-3 Taste of Vitae
-2 Mighty Grapple
To me, target vitals and immortal grapple is a perfect pair for this deck.
Tweaks would make the deck 62 cars, so you could either decide to leave WMO and single Tangle out or take two Show of Forces out.

After a couple of games I can say that I don't want to take out any Shows of Force. You really need to play one on every action to keep pressure on your prey.
An emergency Majesty seems like a good idea.
I don't see the benefit of Tangle Atropos' Hand: if I get blocked, don't I want to play combat cards instead?
Waste Management Operation is a bad card in a normal (non-twister) deck. In the best case, I get it out on turn 2 and use it every turn. And for a pool and a MPA I might get 10 cards put down at the bottom of my deck by the end of the game. Not a great investment when I can increase the deck size by 10 cards and include a master that promotes card flow, like Dreams of the Sphinx.

Tangle is against bounce so you can untap, without tapping your grandpreys blocker, and bleed again.
