Deck Name: Honor the Geezers
Author: Brandon Haas
Description: A basic build and then bleed for the win deck featuring combat avoidance for all of those combat decks I anticipate seeing at tournaments in the near future.
How do you intend to win?
Bleeds for 2-3, amping up as I get more guys.
How do you intend to survive?
Villein, votes, Kaymakli Nightmares for pool recursion. Bounce and some blocking.
What do you expect your ready region to look like?
One big dude at first. Once you villein and get two, hopefully your ready region can grow quickly.
What will average turn look like?
Ideally something like this: Villein, Clotho's Gift, Honor the Elders, bleed (actions permitting). Transfer out new guy.
What is your meta like?
I anticipate more combat and more votes. To that end, I hope to go overboard on the number of votes I have and I hope to make a vote or two fail via Confusion of the Eye. For combat, I hope to have enough stealth to get by people and avoid rush by Mental Maze. The slim deck should help facilitate having the right cards at the right time.

Really? I'll keep that in mind.
I think the best vote defense for a deck like this is simply getting your titled vampires into play as soon as possible. This also helps you bounce stealth bleed decks and may give you chances to use your Villeins before others can cycle into their Sudden Reversals or Washes. Also, you are not multi-acting, so those actions all need to count--if a master card can replicate what the action does, use it instead.
To that end:
+6 Zillah's Valley
+4 Effective Management
+1 Villein
* Note, 10 of these are turn 1 MPAs, so they will cycle well.
-4 Clotho's Gift
-4 Telepathic Vote Counting
+4 Old Friends
* Old Friends offers more options once you've established vote lock.
-2 Confusion of the Eye
+2 Delaying Tactics
* Yeah, maybe stop a Parity Shift cold, but not a KRC. Once turn may be just the breathing room you need to get the next titled fattie into play.
When you are anvil, be patient; when a hammer, strike.

I would personally use Lost in Crowds over Into Thin Air, dnr sucks. Also while on topic of stealth, I don't think you have nearly enough of it, only 11 stealth cards? You would struggle even getting past 2nd tradition regularly. And are you seriously going to be doing clotho's gift with fatties that have no multi acting? You would be much better off with effective management for this deck, especially since you don't really have that many masters anyway.

Oh.
[Look at combat and vote decks currently being considered for this weekend's tournaments.]
[Go back to the drawing board.]
Brandon, just stop being good at predicting your meta! Okay? Please?
(Or is this a tricky meta-game diversion...
)
BTW: I like Jeff's and Klaital's suggestions, especially in favor of Effective Management. You need lots of 8+ caps in your uncontrolled to take advantage of Honor the Elders. That's hard to do. Another Info Highway also seems prudent.
The deck seems more "fun" than competitive. Honor the Elders is kind of a trick thing. You're relying on your vampires' inherent abilities instead of votes for offense, especially since HtE will helpmy fatty vote/combat deck other players, too. Most of your other votes also aid other fatty decks.
You might consider replacing Tryphosa (10-cap w/2 votes) for Radu Bistru (3 votes but no Obfuscate) just to bring down your average crypt size and up your average votes.

Fattty + Into Thin Air > Second Tradition.
@Aaron: I don't know if I am actually good at predicting the meta, but I like to pretend that I have some insight. Public Villification is the new hot shot. Parity Shift is the always hot shit. COnfusion of the Eye kills both. Expect to see people trying out the new presence card Esprit de Corps (great card, unique) and Show of FOrce (bad). Esprit de Corps encourages allies, which need to be stolen/die/be ignored.
Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.
