You're really going to want some Freak Drives in here. Scout only has little fortitude, so don't get blocked if you want to freak.

Maybe add an anathema, so you can shatter, call anathema, then possibly block or bexblocked by that vamp, hamds plus target vitals?

Id run frreak drives, and, on gemeral principle, take lost in crowds over into thim air, and neverxrun both in one deck just for bad draw fear. Id cut thin air, since the dnr is annoying for drawing vote push or caps, and the cost is less than ideal for the superior in a deck running blood costed actions.

I had some freak drives in it at the beggining but found out that they have sense only when I want to play shattering crescendo and then vote with Scout. Other vamipres don't have much more actions to do apart from voting so they wouldn't use it. This means it is usable only for one vamipre with inferior fortitude. When I was taking cards out they had to go.
I don't see a problem with running both into thin air and lost in crowds unless there are too many of them. In this case it's 4 in total so there is no problem and running both gives me a choice which one to play. Dnr is an issue but both Undele and Dmitra have only inferior obf and this -1 intercept for younger vampire/ ally is very often priceless, at least in my meta.
