Mylan would be good for this deck. I'm a fan of Underbridge Stray + War Ghoul/Renegade Garou for the untap/press/sacrifice. Lutz may not really belong in this iteration of the Girls since he is no Tzimisce. Don't forget Fame! You may need more stealth. Forgotten Labyrinth is really good for the deck because you won't be doing much bleeding. +2 copies maybe. You could drop the Into Thin Air since you are playing Lost in Crowds.
