The ousting mechanism is pretty weak- built in 1 bleeds and the occasional conditioning. The Defense looks moderate, combat is ok. Your pool will be challenged if you get more than 2 !Tremere and an ally. Whenever I run an ally deck I use a minimum of one DI to prevent ally steal, more like two. Even then it is difficult to stop. Unmasking helps a little.

Reduce the number of cards, cut some duplicates, increase pool gain and ousting power. Look at including Smiling Jack, possibly even fame. Include a combat permanent or two (i.e. bow, .44 or Sniper Rifle). That's my advice.

15 combat cards is far too much for this deck: you don't intercept, you don't enter combat when you act, your vampires are small, and your Theft are not going to make much difference against rush. I can understand Target Vitals and Burst of Sunlight, but everything else is overkill.

Yeah about that I'm a Hungarian and in contrast to the Westernish meta, we in general highly value combat prowess, lots and lots of aggressive combat decks here... and Pentex... Also many blockers, so I expect combat situations left and right.
