the focus here is not to make the instability combo?

How about put powerbase zurich and an anthelios to enhance the combo a little bit? It won't make the wall weak and the possibility to bloat even more is higher.

Even in a deck that can use it, instability is not a good card. Two copies is enough for it to see play roughly once in a game, which is good for shits and giggles. Ascendance is better, which says something.
