!Brujah vote/bleed/bloat with Armin as leader.

This is the third iteration of my !Brujah deck with DM cards.
The first version relied on breeding and bloating with con boon. While good at staying alive, it was hard to oust with it. It also had 0 combat threat. Although the breeding angle offered interesting choices (which master: discipline to use and the according action cards) the embraces and creations were never good enough at those actions.
That brought me to a second version with PRE bleed cards instead of breeding. This was discarded very soon, as it required too much reckless bleeding to be efficient.
And here is the final verion: Heart of the City, Heroic Might and/or Preternatural Strength.
Look dangerous in the beginning (remember: you're !Brujah) untill you have HM/PS. Then you no longer need to bluff
Public Vilification is brilliant because players save their Delaying Tactics for the pool damaging vote.

How do you intend to oust?
Damaging votes and bleeding. The key is to time the bleeds right and spend the stealth wisely.
How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Bloat with villein, regain blood with voter cap and public vilification.

Block with Abbot & Under Siege, intercept for Strength 3 + Slam
What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
Armin + 2 other titles
What do you want your average turn to look like?
Do stuff at stealth when your prrey/predator stays untapped. Bleed cautiously

I would up the crypt acceleration module to 9-10 or drop altogether with Heart of The City for Enchant Kindred. Enchanting "down" is rarely blocked by your prey even if he can, because everyone assumes you need to focus on survival before becoming a threat. And nothing says "you're a step away from becoming a threat" more than when you try to acquire Heart of The City.

Ypu plan to be a rough em up sort of blocker, and dissuade blockers with bruises, but you are very squishy.

I see a ton of foritude, even 3 prevent cards stop that.

This is a question I honestly am asking and never have bothered testing:

Is 5 voter cap enough to budget 4 lost in translation?

Even in a deck with heart of the city, heroic might, and zero tastes?

5 x the public vilifications?

I have tried a version with PRE bleed cards / enchant kindred, but it was too slow. By the time you have 2 minions, you're too low on pool to be able to afford much more. With Zillah's, the Highway and one dreams I have 8 acceleration cards in 90. Perhaps one more zillah's would help, but then other masters need to go.
With Anarch Troublemaker and majesty, I can try to tap potential blockers, and then equip the Heart + FD + bleed.

Even a squishy !brujah is still a !brujah. Prevent/taste would probably make them less soft, but adding red cards would require to put in some rush cards also. And then it becomes another deck (working on that).
5 voter cap + 1 perfectionist + 5 public vilification help quite a lot to afford Lost in Translation. I don't need to have all the minions at 9 blood all the time. If 5 blood is not enough, then 9 will also not suffice. If I need to be ready for War Ghouls, I'd rather pack more entrancement than prevention.
