!Brujah vote/bleed/bloat with Armin as leader.

I like most of the deck apart from your combat module. With only three preternaturals/ heroics I would prefer to play only majesties or more combat (preferably the second option).
I would:
1. increase a little number zillahs and villeins,
2. drop perfectionist and anarch troublemaker (to make place for zillahs and villeins), maybe drop suddens too if the nymber of masters would be still too high
3. change hearts of the city for show of force/ iron glare
4. put two more preternaturals
5. increase number of offensive cards (krc, iron glare)
6. change change of target and maybe daring for perfect paragons
7. decrease number of public vilification (to make room for more KRCs)
7. decrease size of reaction module (f.e. put only 4x under siege, 3-4 otqv, 2-3 lost in translation
8. change combat module to hit back version (5 preternaturals/ heroics, some immortals, prevents and disarms
9. change most freak drives for forced marches
10. put in mylan and heart of niztchetus
