Double star gangrel fun deck

Hi there,
As i want to play with Karsh, i have some ideas about how to use him. The most competitive being a swarm fight with some embraces, things, frontal assault, gangrel revel and tribute to the Master. But that's not the point here. With the recent (and cool) additions to the gangrel i want to try an hybrid vote / fight deck featuring the 2 most emblematic gangrel camarilla vampires.

The idea is to quickly put Karsh and Xaviar in play. Xaviar is here to call votes and Karsh to fight. Both of them can switch roles. I think it could be fun but i don't know how to improve it to be tournament playable (if it can be possible). What do you guys think about it ?
