Why not deck based on just baltimore purges?

actually I was thinking about making pure Baltimore Purge deck with Montano and I would probably try it in the future. I made this one first because it is new build. Pure Baltimore Purge deck would be just my old deck with Montano instead of Arika and obtenebration strealth instead of obfuscate. And it gonna probably be weaker than Arika version.

on the ther hand, it wouldn't require influencing out both 2 cap and 11 cap, just playing one 11 cap would be enough. While obf stealth is usually better than obt, if obf cost one less blood it's actually not that bad either, considering that Montano can get +1 stealth each action for 1 blood.
