The premise of this challenge, is to take a Random Vampire and make them a key part to a deck. They do not need to be a "star vampire", but they are to be the first vampire chosen for the crypt and obviously need to play an important role in the deck wherever possible.

Here is my Black Cat-bsed deck.

Black Cat's Anarch Gunslingers...


Black Cat grabs equipment with a combination of NRA PAC, Pier 13 and Vast Wealth. NRA PAC helps everyone else with their gun-grabbing shennanigans.
Everyone else runs around getting some Undue Influence despite their mediocre guns. The real fun begins by doing Undue Influence at +1 stealth and utilising cards like Suppressing Fire (which gets you around Draba shennanigans).
Narrow Minds to make the Flick Chain more painful, and hopefully slow it up. Mild intercept against bleeds & Keep it Simple to help counter S&B Powerbleed.

The power of Black Cat is to reduce the cost of equipment put on her. You do not want any of your other minions to ever take an equip action, unless it is an equip action to move equipment from Black Cat to themselves.

To reduce the need for these extra actions, consider:

Nod
Heidelberg Castle, Germany
Rave

Where's Al's Army Apparatus? You need guns in hand to get them into play, don't leave that to the realm of chance.

If you are going to bother bleeding at stealth with Undue Influence, definitely throw in some Power of One for the additional bleed and additional stealth. Anarch Manifesto is also a good choice of items to come out free via Pier 13, and will give those Undue Influence actions more stealth.

You'll want some Concealed Weapons, to ensure that the actions that do get blocked still result in 9mm shots to the blocker.

If you aren't using Psyche! there isn't enough reason to bother with superior Celerity. Add some Psyche! or drop some discipline masters. Replace them with Fame (to contest), Anarch Revolt, and something to put blood back on your tiny minions, like The Coven, Warzone Hunting Ground, Hospital Food, or Anarch Free Press.

(To be fair, this probably works better than my version, so take my comments with a grain of salt)

I'm unclear why there are 16 vampires in this crypt. Why not something like:

1x Bianca
1x Dre
1x Uma
5x Anarch Convert

I don't know that 12x Berettas is enough Berettas, even with the tech. Having only one of them is not great.

Why 16 vampires?
So I can get 4 or 5 Anarch Brujah and cycle the crypt out with Anarch Converts. 5 Black Cats is just to push the chances of Black Cat to roughly the right level. It could easily include a couple of Tor/!Tor and !Bru that have :cel::pre:.

Most of the vampires can get away with :cel: & 1 Beretta. The other goons are going to spend a lot of time laying down Suppressing Fire so you don't get caught.

Will it die to a reasonably fast Animalism/Auspex wall... probably. Then of course, lots of decks have issues (especially Brujah & Toreadors... who are about as stealthy as a marching band).
