Hi,

I would like to play a celerity gun deck.
I found the following deck list from April 15th 2007:

Deck Name: Art of Memory: CEL Guns

Combat (50)
6x Blur
8x Concealed Weapon
5x Flash
10x Psyche!
8x Pursuit
2x Side Strike
5x Sideslip
6x Taste of Vitae

I like the deck list, but this Tournament Winning Deck is from 2007.
How can it be improved?
What about the following ideas/cards?

- more rush-cards ?
- Zeyphyr ?
- Fleetness ?
- Dragon Breath Rounds ?
- Flurry of Action ?
- Haven Uncovered ?
- Why Flash? Only Pursuit and Psyche might be better ?
- Group 1/2 with Black Cat instead of Group 2/3 ?

auspex + celerity is generally better because you can work re actively to block what you need. It takes fewer combat cards to work effectively. I generally shy away from the pool cost of .44s and use mostly weighted walking sticks instead. Fewer cards to be effective at the cost of getting to avoid close range damage.

One thing I would change about the current deck is using more copies of Sarah Brando. Incidental votes are good so Volker is a good one to have 2 copies, just he is more likely to be contested. Black Cat is good for saving you pool, but it won't be that much pool. Not sure that's worth it. The Blood Doll + taste bloat mechanic seems solid given that you have many midcaps.

One new card to include would be Scourge of the Enochians. Little 1-2 caps could get in the way of your rush actions. I would also include 1-2 fleetness in case of Dark Influences, but also to give you +1 stealth. Some Resist Earth's Grasp could be a good source of stealth. It can also stand in for some Flash. Your combat is mostly free, so you don't need too much blood most of the time.

Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.

Once you remove Parmenides (which you probably should do anyway if you don't want to give your predator 4 pool), all the good vampires are Sabbat, and Sabbat has a lot of nice tech to play in a combat deck. Rumble in particular is crucial: cel gun badly needs extra cycling to dig into the guns or discard them depending on the time.

You should probably focus your crypt more anyway: no point in having 12 different vampires when you cannot afford more than 4 on the table. The 4 caps make this deck.

@brandonsantacruz: Do you have a deck list with using weighted walking sticks ?
That could be really interesting, too.
Thanks.

I have not made a CEL wws rush deck, but I have done it with weenie assamites with celerity and anarch rush. There are some tournament winning decks that feature WWS + CEL rush. I can't find one that is pure CEL without auspex.

Here's an interesting one:

Deck Name: German ECQ 2013: "Tai Chi Walking Stick Form" by Miller & his students
Author: Andreas Nusser
Description:
Winner of the German ECQ 2013. So far I have played this deck for 6 games. 3 Game Wins and some VPs in the other games. Seems pretty solid deck construction to me and the cards are very balanced. Miller is important but not a key vampire that you have to rely uopn.

Fleetness are great in combination with Palla Grande. Always had enough forward pressure. Art Scams were extremelly important for blood gain and saved me a lot of times.
