file Cold-blooded mobsters

It has been a long time since I last made a Giovanni deck, so didn't go for anything too weird. The basis of this deck is my very old Giovanni power bleed, main difference in this is the rather aggresive combat package, instead of the typical spiritual intervention which is just a bit boring, will set range to long and then maybe throw lid for up to 5 damage with up to 2 presses to end depending on the vampire in question. This way will largely be safe from the common close range potence combat with IGs, can kill most combat allies in one hit, and will also have enough presses to probably get out of crows + bats routine, unless they also play dotb, but well then will at least smack them hard. Ranged agg and guns will trump me but you can't beat everything. Overall I think its fairly effective short chain combat.

Hm, though it really sounds fun to surprise people who block a Giovanni Govern inf and get beaten up I'm not convinced of this bruise and bleed route. The main problem I see is a voting predator. You have absolutely no means to cope with that. At least two to three Delaying Tactics should be in the deck with two or three Sudario Refraction to get them back if needed.
Second point is I'd rather take your 5 damage plus presses (admitted a harsh package) than a 6+ bleed. So I fear you don't get into combat often enough. Not a few players have S:CE in decks or Deflection so you end up doing nothing against your opponent. Maybe an NSA Trio helps a bit. And of course Le Din Tho (you added him already). What about changing a few Governs to Bum's (or other) Rushes?
