Oh, and Mummify also unlocks you in its S:CE... and Sylvester Simms has both   and  . Yes, you can use Fast Reaction or Hidden Lurker as a threat.  They block any of your minions -- or take any actions you feel obliged to block -- Sylvester threatens to show up, S:CE and unlock, and throw himself into torpor again. (And for Hidden Lurker, once rescued afterwards Simms is unlocked to do it all over again.)
