I don't think it's really useful to double Lucy and Claudia.
Also, Virginie seems an odd choice if you plan to play OBT POT combat, because she doesn't have superior OBF.

Ashur Tablets are not very useful in a combat deck since they tend to hinder your cardflow. And 3 copies are not enough to really use them as your third copy may be in the 20 last cards of your deck.
I'd remove them, remove the Obtenebration skill to include a vampire that already has OBT. And if you want to play combat, there are a few cards that could be useful, such as Fame.

Keep in mind that Political Struggle requires one action before being able to enter combat. 2 rush cards seem very low if you plan to enter combat to use your combat cards (since you won't block much).

I'm not sure that lot of stealth is compatible with a combat deck. Are you planning to stealth your bleeds for 1, or do you prefer entering combat?

Eyes of the Night is a great card, but you'll never get pass 1 intercept. If you plan to block, at least include an Aranthebes and a WMRH Talk Radio for extra intercept.
Too bad Under Siege and Badr don't work together (Badr is Independent)

27 combat cards don't make a combat deck, you'd need almost the double.
Also, it's weird to play Arms of the Abyss / Entombment, and Immortal Grapple/Torn Signpost since those are two mutually exclusive combat strategies.

I'd start with some copies of Fame before adding a Dragonbound. Dragonbound is not a great idea when you play Entombment since vampires will have the blood to get out.

So, my advice would be to switch to some real oust module and strategy, for instance:
Fame (at least 4)
Arms of the Abyss / Entombment
Haven Uncovered / Political Struggle

The strategy would be to send to torpor the Fame with Entombment, then rescue it (by spending his blood), then send it back again to torpor.
