This will have issues with non-card bleed actions. Evil Eye can't stop cardless actions.

What are the non-card bleed actions?

...a bleed for 1

...which you make back up when you bleed with Legal Manipulations

Unless your predator is influencing a swarm into play then you should be able to shut down his key actions.

I cant help but mention how very much I like the concept of this deck.
And that every non-infernal minion has a built in +1 bleed.
So thats a bleed for 4 with Legal manipulations.
That means the deck is vulnerable to Archon Investigations.

I think 2 Antonio Veradas would fit better in this deck instead of
Fransico and Marcel.
He has a built in untap effect the allows him to use reactions.
He has obf. And his normal bleed of 1 gives you options to avoid
Archon Investigations.
I would double up on 2 Salinger as well to have 4 Brujah Anti and
remove Rosa. This gives you 4 thamaturgical minions.

+2 Lost in Translation (nice relationship with Barreness on your
predator)
+1 Magic of the Smith


-2 Veil the Legions
+1 Heart of Nizchetus (No need to explain this with card counts at 11)
+1 Textbook Damnation (The now 8 or 9 caps can get in on the barreness
action now)


-1 Cloak the Gathering
+1 Seeds of Corruption (Stops him(prey) from out racing you and halts
special effect cards)


Overall the deck seems pretty cool.

Evil Eye is great, but it will jam you hand if your predator is not playing action cards from their hand...
One of our local playgroup started using Evil Eye mostly for combat defence combined with Flames of the Netherworld (very very trumpy combat) because to use it as a defence against predators worked once before they just started taking cardless bleed actions and dropping modifiers on the action. Bleed for 1 + Conditioning for 3 still = 4 bleed and Evil Eye can't do squat.
