Seeing you don't really use much any dementation, I would replace Tryphosa with Greger Andersen.

Dramatic Upheaval and Kindred Restructure are banned cards so you need to take those out and replace with something else. Overall I think you have too many political actions anyway, with that fat vampires you wont have enough actions to near all of them, also Mental Maze is better than Voice of Madness since it leaves you untapped. Also Nightmares upon Nightmares seems like rather pointless to have as the only event in the deck since it only really does anything if there are lot of gehenna cards in play, it would likely be better as Narrow Minds.

Umm Almost a quarter of the Library in total is Dementate or Auspex+Dementate. About as much as Obfuscate and Auspex in fact, though it is the smallest discipline in the deck by a couple of cards.

Wrong and Crosswise is really a staple defense though. Reduce bleed and help to defend me against other vote decks, meaning I tap less often in defense.
Random Patterns is also useful as it either gives me more intercept or reduces intercept against me. Making it highly flexible. I was thinking of throwing in a few more of them in fact.

Mental Maze is good. The addition of burning 1 extra blood from the acting vampire is useful though. But in this deck untaping is gold. Thanks for the suggestion.

Nightmares upon Nightmares was a way to control small vampires. Almost every game has at least 1 or 2 Gehenna cards come out during the game. So Nightmares is always useful in a deck with large vamps as it can stagnate weenie rush decks.

Here is the deck with your suggested changes (but no additions):

You might consider focusing more on Tryphosa and adding Cavaliers, Fifth Traditions and maybe a couple of Villeins.

Year of Fortune isn't great with a few big vamps, Camarilla Exemplary (or did you mean Judgment: Camarilla Segregation?) and Political Flux are consistently horrible.

The second Political Stranglehold could be an Ancient Influence.

Normal hunting grounds are over costed for their effect. Papillon might be worth it instead.

No Alastor to fetch untapped Helicopters?

At the very least you should have Ivory Bow or a Sniper Rifle for combat deterrence. If you have Madness Network on the table and Mental Mazes in the ash heap every minion on the table will try to burn it. It doesn't cost them any cards and either takes a card from you or trades for hand damage. Having a weapon attaches an actual cost to attempting actions against you.

Scourge of the Enochians is a lot better than Nightmares Upon Nightmares. The latter just does nothing or gives great card cycling to other players. Muddled Vampire Hunter is also a pretty good option.

Other than that, looks like a focused, well constructed deck.
