I think the general idea of the deck speaks for itself. This is a very rough list that is mainly pulled from cards I already have. I'm not sure about the make-up of the crypt, but there isn't a lot to work with as the vampires with the disciplines I want to use are rare as hen's teeth.
I'm also thinking there might be an excess of combat cards in there. A little more bleed defense might be helpful too?
I'd be grateful for anyone's thoughts on the deck.

You got only 3 rushes, plus Lucinde's Special. In additon, your defense is very leaky. So it's hard to protect your pool.
You can bleed consistently, but if your prey is able to deflect, lets say, 3 modified bleeds, he should be safe.
I'd drop, PB: Montreal, Pentex and the Fragment of the book of Nod. YOu can't protect them. Instead add ore Villeins and Lilith's blessing. This pumps up your bloat module and helps you to get THA on your minions.
I'd also change the combat module slightly... like this:

Then you have four more cards to invest in rushes or Govern the unaligned.

Also, Blood to Water is just strictly better than Cauldron of Blood if you really want to go to the second round stuff. If you are going to do second roung agg poking then you might also want to consider some graverobbings.

If you are going to stick to the 2nd round idea, you should definitely include Mob Connections. The Taste's should be replaced with Theft's though, so you can do something useful first round. Also, the lack of Aus means you've no answer against S:CE.
Having tried to do a completely different For/Tha Bruise/Bleed deck before, I think the G4 vampires are better for it than G2.

You keep THA on most vamps, your main guy has both at sup and two extremely useful abilities...
Also, I'd be tempted to make a bruise/bleed deck based, for example, on Gerald and Antonio (meaning Gerald and Nephandi, who can either burn vamps your combat has torporised or, once the way is clear, bleed).

I ran a similar crypt in a silly THA/FOR deck I made. Thinking of remaking it.
Magic of the Smith and the Seal of Veddartha lets you fix both Saulot AND Ephraim, plus it would make Salout bleed for 3, and with a repulsion, bleeding for 3 at 1 stealth and having +1 str is annoying to deal with.
I agree with everyone, 2nd round combat is garbage, you could do more with less cards by just agg poking all day in round 1.
I was thinking for a THA/FOR deck, Skin of Night and Burst of Sunlight. Precognition for defending, and Dawn Operation and Weather Control for when you act.
