Dominating Cryptic Treaty was created by technobabble66
This was partly brewing for a while, and partly inspired by the recently posted Anarch Treaty deck. Not a tier 1 - hey u never kno! - but should hopefully be ok as it's got some of the goods at least - cross-table strike ability w Dom (bounce, bloat, bleed)

How do you intend to oust?
Gryptic Mission to grind off blood & force opponents to succumb to Temptation/Form. Oust by bleeding w them, plus late game boosts via Govern
How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Bounce, & slow opponents w the CMs & Temptation shenanigans
Combat defence is weak, but until getting slaughtered in the last Tournament by the TWD combat deck, i've found that attack (ie: focus on what ur deck does) can be the best form of defence.
What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
As many as i can squeeze out w governs.
Probably 4 at a guess
Halim is clearly the best, followed by the backup Muhsin, tho maybe only get out 1 of those 2. then bring out any other 2-3.
What do you want your average turn to look like?
Early on: Governing down, bring out Dom minions first to enable bounce, then look to Temptation pred & prey
Mid-Game: Play mainly CMs and any remaining Temptations, plus blood-sucking allies. Start bleeds for 1
Late-game: Save Governs for lunges.
What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
Most players v experienced, and play a wide array of decks, namely tier 1's or v g tier 2's.
Seem to reliably have 1 wall, 1 combat & 1-2 bleed/vote (& some poor schmo playing an experimental deck) as a common table setup
What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
Never played
Foreseeable problems will be getting the actions past intercept, surviving combat, & surviving voters
Comments??

Hi Technobabble,
I like elements of this deck but some part of it just isn't gelling for me. I think my concern is actually around Treaty of Laibach itself - it gives
to Setites and
to Tremere, which creates some weird Venn diagram of a deck giving us what happens when a Setite deck and Tremere deck overlap; you have only some of the strengths and most of the weaknesses of both. I admire your efforts to use the Treaty, but I'm just not sold on the key card yet (but as you know, I'm foolish enough to include 2x Rebirth in a deck, so you know I make my own weird decisions at times...).
Let's look at the crypt first. A nice cross-section of weenies, but not nearly enough
for the central part that plays in your Govern-down strategy. An extra 6-cap would be well worth it.
Your masters are good but include some non-essentials like Crocodile Temple. I'd prefer to see something far leaner, with either some recursion and/or card-cycling tech that let's you get a better hand for whatever you're facing.
Rutor's Hand is too expensive for your crypt, unless you get that Ankara Citadel in play. With only one Magic of the Smith, I think your chances are low. Also, are those Enticements going to be much better than some additional bleed or Temptations?
I'd drop most of the allies - 1-2 of the blood-stealers works well, but it'll be overkill to have as many as you do. Expensive, too.
Your combat module could benefit from a different Theft:Rego ratio, as strike: steal blood works so well with Cryptic Mission.
Reaction module could be 2-3 wakes, 5-6 flicks and maybe 1-2 Delaying Tactics.
Would you consider an anarch angle? Diversion gives you a maneuver at
, and there are quite a few blood-gaining tricks from anarchs (Hospital Food, etc.). That'd also give you Anarch Revolt, which creates a nice bit of forward pressure while you build up.
cheers
