How do you intend to oust?
Steady pressure on my prey with bleeds and enticement. I'll steal a minion or two and cash them in via Khobar Towers if I get a chance.

How do you intend to keep from getting ousted?
Saqqaf's special will gain me a pool a turn. There is some other potential pool gain (Khobar Towers, Vessel, Eternals of Sirius), some bleed reduction and vote defense.

What do you expect your ready region to look like?
Saqqaf plus one other FoS. Saqqaf has to be anarch and it would help if the other one is, too.

I think you are right about No Trace, it should be Majesty or Staredown. I think I was originally planning on having OBF weenies accompany Saqqaf.

On defense, it is depending on bloat a fair amount. A power bleeder would destroy this deck.
