I think Ian would like this deck, except for the multiple MPAs. And Parity Shift. Oh well.

1x Anthelios, The Red Star
This is a stealth vote deck featuring some strange tricks. Gilbert Duane would be a better angle than this, except I wanted to use a variety of "stealth." Stealing minions is pretty cool, anyway.
How does your deck oust?
Parity Shift at stealth. Anarch Revolt is a good way to get someone to waste an action, which only helps be steal their guy and ding them with Free States. I can potentially bleed a little. Form of Corruption does a pool damage at SER.
How do you survive?
Parity Shift, some deflections and blocking. I can reduce the cost of some guys with Enchant Kindred. Fringe bloat via Saqqaf's special, Wider View, and Blood Dolls.
What is your meta like?
Varied
What potential problems do you see with this deck?
A serious combat deck could wreck me. If I can't get vote lock (or support), I'm in trouble. More vote push would be good if I had space. A Parity shift isn't fool proof.

I am not certain how this deck works, even after watching it for several times.
First off, why Saqqaf? Your serpentis actions are scarce to benefit from his special.
Nefertiti, with her DOM, and +1 bleed would be far superior, IMHO. Or Khay`tall, Snake of Eden, for his special?
I would ditch whole fortitude thing and add vote-push. Also, Alacrity?
Why Catatonic fear, instead of majesty? 2 free states rants and 2 banishment hardly justify not using flexibility of majesty (again, IMHO) . Also, if using Catatonic fer- why no target vitals? That way you are somewhat of a combat threat?
edit: Also, why not voter cap?
Just some random thoughts...

Some quick answers since I have to run off...
-Saqqaf because of his special and fortitude. Not really a bleedy deck.
-Alacrity is stealth that Anson or Rake can use out of the box
-Catatonic fear > Majesty because there aren't that many actions I want to take and I want my opponents to have less blood
-No target vitals because there is no space
-Limited vote push because of collection constraints(only 1 perfect paragon). Ventrue HQ and Ferraille are both good perma vote push. Scalpel Tongue can burn blood, tap and cancel votes.
-No voter cap because no space and I may not need/have use for it
-Fee States Rant, Banishment and Form of Corruption all work together. The latter can gain me a little pool and hurt my prey.
