[VEG] German Grand-Prix, 2020-03-21, Darmstadt-Eberstadt

Dear Kindred, dear friends,

Hereby the German Grand-Prix is cancelled.

I would love to welcome you and talk and play V:tES, and maybe I would make a different decision out of the indiviual perspective.
But I am the organiser and the German NC, and this is why I take up the group perspective and seek to follow the protective official guidelines.

Right now, I do not have any alternative plan for the tournament.
I will inform you right away when I have considered one.

Dear fellow methuselahs,

You are all invited to join the Eternal Struggle in the first German Grand-Prix in Darmstadt (south of Frankfurt).

Location:
DRK-Zentrum (Centre of the German Red Cross) Darmstadt-Eberstadt
Eysenbachstraße 1A
64297 Darmstadt

Registration opens 11:00, closes 11:45, and first round starts 12:00.

Standard Constructed, 3 rounds plus finals (2 hours each), no proxies allowed.
Entry fee: 15 EUR pre-registered, 18 EUR on location.
(A registration module will be accessible soon.)

A warm lunch is included in the entry fee (guaranteed with pre-registration).
Non-alcoholic drinks are available at cost price.

Tournament prizes: to be announced.

There will probably be a small tournament (2 rounds + finals) Sunday, 2020-03-22, but some parts of the future are still veiled right now.

My awesome team wants to add the following ...

Reaching the venue is really easy. It is a 7-8 minute trainride from Darmstadt mainstation to DA-Eberstadt station and about the same time to walk from there. These regional trains leave every 30 minutes.

If someone plans to come by plane, there is a bus from Frankfurt airport (FRA) to Darmstadt mainstation also every 30 minutes.

Depending on where you are staying, city busses or tram might provide even better connections.

In addition, I try to arrange a "Meet & Play" in a games' store Friday evening (20th of March).
Thus anybody who arrives in my domain the day before the Grand-Prix will find a secure haven.
