VTES camp summary

We look forward to welcoming you to the first Vtes camp to be held in August.

We would like to point out that all programs are optional, there are no strings attached.

The location of the camp is a beer house with a huge terrace, a garden area, a swimming pool and a tennis court.
During this period, you are allowed to bring any kind of drink into the restaurant, so it is not necessary to drink it in the pub of the beer house!
(We will be able to cool and store drink you bring with yourself)
We will have the opportunity to take a shower, but we only have one shower at our disposal, so please be patient with each other.

Everyone has to make their own arrangements for sleeping, we will only have the option of camping.
In addition, a large tent will be set up under which we can play. (the more adventurous will also be able to sleep under it.)
Loungers and sunbeds will be at our disposal, on which you can comfortably roast your belly.
We also prepare board games for you that you can play freely.

The venue is booked, there is still room for about 10 people to attend the event.

The price of the weekly ticket is HUF 20,000.

If you want to join us but don't want to or can't spend 3 days there, you can exchange a day ticket,
the price of this is:

daily ticket Thursday HUF 4,000
daily ticket Friday HUF 6,000
daily ticket Saturday 7000 HUF (includes the competition entry fee)

if you only come to the competition on Saturday, the entry will cost 4,000 HUF!

Currently, 12 people will definitely participate in the camp, these people have paid the advance.
All extra money collected from here on will be returned to the camp, and the prize fund of the Saturday competition will be increased with the money collected, it simply wouldn't be fair to those who paid for the camp while others would participate in the event for free, so we need to ask for a daily ticket.

- from 11 a.m. Vtes sanctioned competitive standard format 3 rounds + final (Cup and valuable prizes are waiting for you)
- after competition there will be cooking, we'll eat real traditional Hungarian cuisine
-the closing party will be something to remember

We have to leave the site by 10 am on Sunday!

-Breakfast: only on Friday and Saturday
the price is HUF 1,200/person/day
a substantial egg breakfast, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausage, bacon bread, etc.
those who want to have breakfast pay to Alex. Alex does the shopping and prepares the food for you.
The restaurant has a kitchen, but only Alex can use it! Not allowed to others.

-Lunch: on request, a restaurant in Kecskemét undertakes the delivery on Thursday and Friday for these two days, we have to agree beforehand who wants to eat what.

every day we have 3 soups, 5 main dishes, 1 pasta and 1 dessert to choose from
if you only order 1 dish, you only eat that, no problem!

they usually have pasta and desserts for 700-1500 ft.

Dinner: from Thursday to Friday HUF 1,500/person/day
cold food, cold meats and spreads and breads, fruit.
Saturday dinner is included in the camp price, gulas.

If the current food offer is not suitable for anyone, they have the option of ordering from a local delivery restaurant.

We ask our foreign guests to be prepared with Hungarian currency to make it easier to manage their finances.

If you arrived by train, please let's discuss the matter, we can go out together at an agreed time and approach the camp together.
