2 online EU leagues start in february: 1st and 3rd

2 New Europe leagues start in february

In february we get 2 new leagues in Europe:
1. Dark friday league 2019. (start 1st february)
2. February EU league 2019. (start 3rd february)

Players can chose to play in both league.

Registration:
Open in Lackey approximately 1 hour before start time.
Registration closes 15min prior start time.

Finals in both league seating is random.

For calculate RPs in league tabelas we have new formula,
with this formula we want to motivate players to play
more games. formula:
= ( ( ( 8 * GW + 4 * VP ) / #Games-Gesamt ) + (Games x 0.5))
so each player gets 0.5 RPs per games played.
This formula also be used to calculate RPs in Spring NA league.

If during these 3 competions (2 Europe league and Spring NA
league) Lackey be updated with new cards and some old cards be
reprinted with new text,these cards be acepted for legal play.

Both Europe league go with diferent format.
Dark friday league format 6 R + F (3 games minimum)
February EU league format 4 R + F (2 games minimum)

Dark friday league games start in 20:30h
February EU league games start in 21h

Time limit: 2.5h for 5 players / 2h for 4 players

Round 5: Friday 01/march
Round 6: Friday 08/march
Finals: 15/march

February EU league:

Round 1: Sunday, 03/february
Round 2: Sunday, 10/february
Round 3: Monday,11/february
Round 4: Monday,18/february
Finals: 24 or 25 february
