7 people showed up, and 2 people who were already qualified decided to sit out.
I think it was the same weekend as the week of nightmares.
I played Nos/Tre with Dom/Ani/Obf/Tha big caps, multiacting with Warsaw Station, Rutors, and once and a while Enkil Cog + 2nd Trad + Obedience.
My grand prey and predator were playing similar decks, and ended up contesting Quentin King mid-game, in addition to my predator getting off to a very slow start because he didn't contest Quentin King early game, even though he already transfered 4 on it.
I ousted my prey, and my grand prey ousted my grandpredator. Then in the three player, if the two other players are contesting a minion, it's much easier to win. Political Stranglehold for 9 always helps. MVP card was Temptation of a Greater Power, which cost my prey 11 pool (6 up front) for a minion they already had. Close second was parity shift, of course.
Thanks for organizing, Chris!
