Oh, I wasn't being defensive. I just felt that the deck descriptions made the final's look more "standard" than the decks actually were, and that's a shame. I was very happy with the meta of the tournament. Highest % of interesting decks I've seen in a long time, even if it's kinda easy at a 10 player tournament.

I feel I'm being misrepresented.YAAAAY!!! Contestfest!! How many really inspiring, new decks....
My AAA deck is actually a bit innovative. And the cybele-unmada-lutz deck had derange+malkavian dementia.
I didn't want to take anything away from you, you were first seed in a final, so you have played well with it and I am happy for you!

I'm gonna postface my "interesting decks" by saying that interesting to me can be reinventing old deck concepts. For instance, removing votes from Girls will find... would be an interesting deck (if it was the first time i saw it).

Who is in x1, unlike Anson and Alexandra. I suppose two master per turn is so very important ; it does not detract from the deck itself but may help to show why some people are a bit fed up with MMPAs
Also, I do love the fact that there is still two deflection, even in a deck that want to block actions (at least thoses of its predator and/or prey).
(well, then again, I want to stress out that Xaddam - and other finalists - is not at any fault of any kind to try to build a powerful deck, and that it's more a funny illustration than a scientific proof anyhow)

I like the absence of ashur+liquidation. while still a villein+zillah machine, this deck is more like the first wave of mmpa decks and actually looks to interact with the table a bit.
